We first became H&G customers in 2006 and were satisfied with the quality and execution of the service. This year we renewed our contract and decided to include pool cleaning into our custom service package. Our decision was good, the pool is cleaned, the chlorine andother chemicals are examined regularly. Our front door swelled with the bad weather this December, notrealizing how badly, I opened it and then could not shut it. It was on a Thursday night the week before Christmas, my husband and I were supposed to be at a dinner party by 8pm. The Hitches and Glitches team arrived within an hour, and had the door fixed. And to make it even better there was no charge – Emergency Maintenance is included in the cost of the service.
